These Terms apply to all products and websites operated by GlenKit ("we", "us", "our"), including the GlenSum browser extension (also known as "AI精炼" in Chinese markets), the SimpleRead browser extension, and the website glenkit.com. By installing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.
Paid products are sold through Creem.io, which acts as our Merchant of Record and is the legal seller of record for the transaction. Creem handles payment processing, applicable taxes (including VAT and sales tax) and payment-related customer service. Prices are shown in USD and exclude any local taxes that Creem may be required to add at checkout.
Pro licences are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and nothing renews. A Pro licence grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the full version of the product on up to 3 devices that you own or control, including updates released for that product.
Free versions of our products may be used free of charge, subject to the feature limits described on the product page.
14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with a purchase, email support@glenkit.com within 14 days of payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. Refunds are issued through Creem to your original payment method.
Because current GlenKit products are one-time purchases, there is nothing to cancel and nothing will renew. If we introduce a subscription product in the future, you will be able to cancel it at any time from inside the product or by emailing support@glenkit.com, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to: reverse engineer or redistribute our products except as permitted by law; resell, share or sublicense your licence key beyond the permitted device limit; or use our products for any unlawful purpose.
All products, websites and content are owned by GlenKit and protected by copyright. Your prompts, notes and other data you create with our products remain yours.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its effective date. Material changes affecting paid licences will be announced on this page.
